These terms cover your use of troopir.com. Partner material has its own agreements: the NDA, then the licence.
What the site is
troopir.com presents TROOPIR results, research drops and the path to partnership. Public pages are informational. Partner pages open only after you accept the NDA with your passkey.
Accounts and passkeys
Access is by passkey. Your passkey is your signature here: it records NDA acceptance and licence signing. Keep it to yourself; acts under your passkey are yours.
Acceptable use
Use the site as a reader or a prospective partner. Do not scrape, probe, overload or interfere with the site, its store or its engine, and do not use anything here to break any law.
Intellectual property
The engine that produces results, its methods, and the text and design of this site belong to TROOPIR; patents, patent applications, trade secrets and copyrights stay with TROOPIR. A published drop result is released for anyone to read, test, cite and build on, with attribution to TROOPIR.
Results are free to test
Use a published drop result however your research needs: check it, benchmark it against any model or dataset, cite it, publish your comparison. What stays licensed is the engine and the next run; you will not reproduce or reverse-engineer the method from the site, and site text and design are not for training models.
Research drops
Drops are shared as research, as is, dated and tied to a public accession so anyone can check them. They are not medical, clinical or investment advice. Where a result is confirmed or contradicted by your own work, we would like to hear it.
Requests and contact
When you send a request for access, we keep what you submit to answer it and to run the partnership process. We do not sell it.
No warranty
The site is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability. TROOPIR is not liable for actions taken on the basis of anything shown here.
Changes
These terms can change. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
Governing law
Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Venue lies in the state and federal courts serving Texas.
